Everything was up to expectations , all the staff did the most to make it comfortable and a joyful stay. Room was great and super clean , food was great with a lot variety. Pools and beach were awesome. Activity was also great. I want to thank you guys and Gals for this lovely stay. Thanks to Mina and walid at reception. Many thanks Rasha and Abdullah at restaurant. The adults pool lifeguard, the shuttle bus drivers , the animations team and the Zumba team thank you all. Special thanks to Ali Khalil , he is funny and can handle all guests in a great way. Another special thanks to Ahmed , the lifeguard at the beach 🏖️ I have stayed in many hotels around the world , this stay is ranked in the top 3 with no doubt. I hope to come back soon.

Great hotel, right in soho square with restaurants and supermarket. Hotel is very spacious, you dont feel there are a lot of people at all. Many pools with kids/adults areas. The room is great, they thought about everything- even a laundry line in the balcony in shower. The staff is kind and helpful.

The beach was very nice, very suitable if you like snorkeling and diving but it's not sandy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rasha and Beshoy from the restaurant as they were very friendly and professional. Also thanks to Rami from the lobby bar he made our stay exceptional when he knew we came to spend our honeymoon. Thanks to Raed the life guard, and Mina and mohamed from the reception. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfy. The main pool put on music and it was enjoyable. And there was another pool for adults only that was very calm.

The staff; especially Armia at the front desk, Mohammed the Duty Manager and Emad from the concierge went above and beyond to make our trip exceptional. They catered to every request and even extended our check out time till a lot later (which they didn’t have to do). Overall it was a lovely experience and I would definitely come back 💜

Location and cleanness and staff are amazing Food variety great in each meal and bars drinks coktails very nice and enjoyed pool and sea and beach there You can enjoy moving by stroller or any wheeled chair as there is always ramps every where to easy your move especially we had a baby with us worth revisit Special thanks to chief Ayman was so nice and helpful And mr mina at reception And all house keeping staff have fast response

The check in was very easy and starlight forward. The room was a little bit smaller than we expected but it was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, so many varieties to pick up from. The lunch and dinner were good and the desserts were really amazing. The guys at the beach organise some activities. Gonzo and his colleagues were really nice and kept everyone entertained. The beach was very nice and comfortable. Staff were amazing Mohammad the life guard was very kind and gave me a first aid when I injured my toe. Also Ahmed and Mohammad were very nice and helpful. Adliy and Abounob were very nice and helpful at the beach bar service. we booked a one day boat trip on the pirate ship with Eihab from the hotel Safari service, and it was something magical. Thank you Eihab you made our trip much worth it. All in all it we had a very great time and we will definitely come back. I would like also to thank Mina from the reception desk for printing our boarding passes, very kind and helpful.

Really good food which is important for an all inclusive spot, you’d prefer it to the Akuna Matata spot. The staff are really keen to be helpful, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
