Mahmoud in reception Sayed, Murad, Asaf in restaurant and beach bar Hotel manager Soliman were amazing. All your team members are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has got everything a guest needs. We are like we found a second home in Sharm and planning to come back with our families. Thank you for your effort to make this place beatiful.

Lovely hotel

This is the sister hotel to the Savoy and you definitely get value and great service, the guest gets what the guest wants. Almost Everything just a few things that need improvement. great place, super clean, excellent AI, drinks good, food really good, great choices, lovely lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful Warm pools both with swim up bars, Fun animation team. Great location. Free room upgrade. Nice size resort not big just right for us. Couple minutes walk to soho square with 25 percent off food most restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment I arrived, Mina and Ahmad at the reception made me feel so welcome — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The entire staff was just perfect, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was super clean and well-maintained throughout the hotel. The location is also ideal — just a 5-minute walk to Soho Beach and literally 30 seconds from the vibrant Soho Square, full of entertainment and dining options.

What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service and attention to detail. The pools were pristine, and the private beach access provided a tranquil escape. Activities and entertainment were plentiful, catering to all ages and interests. I arranged an intimate dinner on the beach with the events department to ask my fiancée to marry me. The table arrangement and decor on the beach were distinctive. Chef Ayman has exceeded my expectations with a simply spectacular menu, with a meticulous attention to detail that extends beyond the kitchen. Mamdouh was a key character in an unforgettable night, with a level of attention to detail, a sunny disposition, and a level of professionalism that I have only occasionally encountered in my travels.
