The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with modern amenities that added to our comfort. The dining options were diverse and delicious, featuring fresh seafood, local cuisine, and international dishes that delighted our palate. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service and attention to detail. The pools were pristine, and the private beach access provided a tranquil escape. Activities and entertainment were plentiful, catering to all ages and interests. I arranged an intimate dinner on the beach with the events department to ask my fiancée to marry me. The table arrangement and decor on the beach were distinctive. Chef Ayman has exceeded my expectations with a simply spectacular menu, with a meticulous attention to detail that extends beyond the kitchen. Mamdouh was a key character in an unforgettable night, with a level of attention to detail, a sunny disposition, and a level of professionalism that I have only occasionally encountered in my travels. A person we will certainly never forget. Both parties expressed their enthusiasm for an unparalleled and unforgettable event! Expressing gratitude from the heart! Everything from start to finish. This 5* property has everything you need for that luxury holiday resort. This was my 2nd time staying here once 14 years ago and then from 18th Jan to 1st Feb. I was celebrating my 35th birthday this time and they made it very special. They upgraded my room to deluxe pool view room 3407 (a real sun catcher) the rooms are spacious cleaned daily, tv with English Channels,thank you to the staff. The hotel has good free wifi, the food is lovely always something to choose from. We got massages in the spa and a big thank you to Ahmed and Saba ( man and woman masseuses) professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would request them. Rosetta female lady waitress was so well mannered and got your drinks every evening, then activities around the pool for adults were fun, darts, aqua gym and yogo. And very secure area and linked to soho square and have access to sister hotel the savoy. Gamil the activity/ trip guy is friendly and gives you good prices for buggy in tue deserts or snorkeling etc

The adults pool lifeguard, the shuttle bus drivers , the animations team and the Zumba team thank you all. Special thanks to Ali Khalil , he is funny and can handle all guests in a great way. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment I arrived, Mina and Ahmad at the reception made me feel so welcome — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The entire staff was just perfect, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was super clean and well-maintained throughout the hotel. The location is also ideal — just a 5-minute walk to Soho Beach and literally 30 seconds from the vibrant Soho Square, full of entertainment and dining options.

We liked everything about the Sierra. The food was great, lots of choice. The staff are brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. Senior staff made a point of meeting you regularly to ask if we had any issues or questions. There are a few pools and a couple of adult only ones, which is good. The main pool is busy and noisy, so it was nice around the sunset pool. Ahmed and Noore, the lifeguards were brilliant. Mino, the pool barman, was brilliant, too. They made sure our holiday was relaxed and enjoyable. Fantastic weather too.
